1 tsp turmeric powder
2 drops of black cumin / vco / pepper
black cumin powder 2 capsules
Way:
Mix all ingredients in honey
Make it like porridge
Store it in the glass and put it in the refrigerator
2-3 Consume 2-3 tablespoons a day
