Material :


  • 3-5 licorice stems.
  • 1/2 cup seaweed.
  • Enough water.




Way:

Bring licorice to a boil in the water until the aroma and color come out, add seaweed after drinking it warm.

Addition:


  • 3 tablespoons of VCO every day.
  • Drink warm water of Ginger and turmeric.
